On May 30^th, Ningshing Holdings held a one-day special training for all cadres and employees of Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd, Secretary of the party committee and Vice chairman Gao Ping, President Huang Yongzeng, Vice President Wang Wentong and other members attended the activity equally. The special training was presided over by Vice President Wang Wentong.

      During the training, the secretary of the party committee and vice chairman Gao ping gave a report entitled "Ningshing's Development History, Corporate Culture and Requirements", which described Ningshing's struggling history over the past 20 years, interpreted Ningshing's culture precipitated by the company's development and growth, and put forward expectations and requirements for all cadres and employees of Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd.

      President Huang Yongzeng, according to the current development situation of shipping industry, expounded the important strategic significance of Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd to the development of Ningshing Holdings, he also looked forward to the further development vision, and put forward the current main work and requirements.

      Institutional learning was an important part of this training. The management team of Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd had put forward specific ideas and requirements on their respective responsibilities. Meanwhile, the heads of Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd and all the staffs systematically learnt the company's rules and regulations.

      There were more than 80 person participated in this special training. The training course was specially designed according to the actual situation of Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd. The staffs generally reflected that the training was rich in content and well targeted. After the training, all cadres and employees of Ningbo Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd were presented with the book "Autonomic Initiative" which was recommended by Chairman Wu Yigang of Ningshing Holdings, it encouraged everyone to be spontaneous, dedicatory, fully play their talents, and develop together with Zhoushan Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing Co.Ltd.
