Recently, the temperature in Ningbo and its surrounding cities exceeded 40℃, and the entire city of Ningbo ushered high temperature red warning this year. The continuous high temperature has not only brought great inconvenience to people's lives, but also brought great troubles and challenges to front-line workers. On behalf of Ningshing Holdings’ Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, Company Party Committee and Labor Union, the major administrative personnel, namely Chairman Mr. Wu Yigang, Vice Chairman, Party Secretary, Chairman of Labor Union Ms. Gao Ping, President Mr. Huang Yongzeng, and Executive Vice President Mr. Tan Zhengguo, successively visited Ningshing Precision Machinery Group, Ubay Logistics, Ningshing Ship Building & Repairing, Yoyou Feed, Ningshing Tank Terminal, Ningbo Sunflower Shading Equipment and SINOMACH Ningshing Automobile, expressed solicitude to the front-line employees who stuck to their posts and worked hard in intense heat. Meanwhile, the relevant personnel inspected the safety production and civilized operation of these companies.

All the visiting members inspected the factory building, operation workshop and operation site, carefully inspected the working environment of employees, inquired about the safety production situation and the high temperature prevention measures in detail. They fully affirmed the efforts and achievements made by companies in overcoming the impact of the epidemic, solving difficulties, expanding markets, earning continued orders and bucking the trend to maintain positive development in the first half of the year. They urged the front-line employees to pay attention to heatstroke prevention and body cooling, the balance between work & rest and food hygiene, and also hoped that all companies should do a good job in security. They demanded all the companies to carry the spirit of continuous combat in the second half of the year, overcome difficulties, and spare no efforts to accomplish their annual goals and tasks.

At the same time, the relevant personnel conducted spot checks on the production equipment, fire-fighting facilities and environmental sanitation of each company, gave guidance on the spot, and urged for further implementation of safety responsibilities to ensure civilized and safe operation.
