On September 24th, Ningshing Holdings conducted its 2024 new employee orientation at the Ningbo Hotel, with 68 new hires from various subsidiaries in attendance.

The training commenced with Ms. Gao Ping, the Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, extending a warm welcome to the new recruits on behalf of the company. She then provided an overview of the company's 30-year journey of entrepreneurship and innovation, detailing the three stages of Ningshing's development. Ms. Gao highlighted the professional growth opportunities and the expansive career prospects across the company's diverse sectors. She also elucidated the distinctive Ningshing corporate culture, stressing that each new employee should embody the spirit of inheriting and innovating within this culture, cherish their time at Ningshing, and grow alongside the company in their respective roles.

Three distinguished senior staff members from different companies, Mr. Hua Xudong, Mr. Wang Keyin, and Mr. Wang Shupeng, shared their personal growth stories and experiences at Ningshing. A representative from the Ningshing headquarters then detailed the Employee Manual, as well as the company's management systems and regulations.

In the afternoon, an engaging and dynamic team-building activity was organized. All new employees worked collaboratively, leveraging their individual strengths, to experience and comprehend the significance of effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and execution.
